Offers
-We should not bid against ourselves. If a customer asks for a "Lower Price", "Best Price", "What's the best you can do", we should not respond with a price. You should respond by asking the customer to make an offer.
-We are willing to negotiate on the price of our equipment with anyone. However, our shipping costs are given "At-Cost" of packing materials, labor, as well as the shipping price. We can not negotiate on shipping prices.
Returns
-We accept returns on all of our working products within the first 30 days after delivery. If the customer would like to return the product to us between day 30 and day 60, after delivery, we can accept, but there is a 50% re-stocking fee. On ALL Non-Warranty Returns, the customer is responsible for the original and return shipping costs.
Warranty:
-A copy of our current 90 day and 120 day warranty agreements are attached to this article.
Shipping:
-Parcel Orders should ship the next business day after payment is received.
-Freight Orders have a lead time of 72 - 96 hours to ship from our facility.
