About the Ticket:

If a Customer reaches out and asks if we would be interested in purchasing THEIR equipment, you should respond asking them for the below information. 


  • Manufacturer and Model of Equipment

  • Photos of the Equipment (Especially the Data Plate)

  • Location of the Equipment

  • Age of the Equipment

  • Asking Price (If Applicable)


Once You Have the Above Information:

You should then send this information to: "sellequipment@newlifescientific.com' along with a link to the FreshDesk ticket. This will get the information to the Buying Team to consider the equipment.

Once You Notify the Buying Team
Once you notify the buying team of the opportunity, communicate to the customer "We have sent this information to the buying team for consideration. Either the Buying Team or I will will get back with you on a decision within the next 48 hours."
